This year has been a bit slow!
The Making of Prince of Persia
by Jordan Mechner
2011Biography Programming Video Games
It's a journal. At times it's very inspiring to read about the struggles, challenges and wins during the game's development. Others, it's just ramblings. I tried my best not to skip it, but at the end I couldn't be bothered. I would say that first 60% of the book is great, and the rest mediocre. Still a good read.
The Tokyo Zodiac Murders
by Sōji Shimada
1981Mystery Crime Fiction
I'm reading way less than usually, and I'm refusing to pick up my backlog. So I decided to read some fiction, and I don't regret this one. What drew me, is that at some point the author tells you "You know everything you need to solve this. Pause if you want". I thought I would do it. I didn't. Still a very nice read.
